Return & Refund Policy

At Obikuro, we want you to feel confident in your order. Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyerโ€™s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@obikuro.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyerโ€™s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Obikuro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@obikuro.com and we will do our best to assist you.
